The National Summit on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT Summit 2010)

We would like to invite you to participate in National Summit on Information-communication technologies "ICT Summit 2010", which will be held for the 8th time on 21st of September, 2010 (tentative) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

ICT Summit is one of the most important events of the Information and Communication Technologies Week  "InfoCom" that is held in Uzbekistan annually in September.

This year, just like years before, ICT Summit will open the Information and Communication Technologies Week  "InfoCom".  Its plenary and sectional sessions will cover the most important issues in the ICT field, including trends and major developments in regulatory policy, progress and challenges in implementation of national ICT development programmes, best practices of ICT deployment in various sectors,  issues of infrastructure development and other most critical areas.

The delegates will elaborate and adopt a Resolution of the ICT Summit 2010 at the conlusion of the event.

The ICT SUMMIT 2010 is organized by the Coordination Council for Development of Computerization and Information and Communication Technologies, the Committee on information and communication issues of Oliy Majlis Legislative Chamber,
the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan (UzACI), ICT Policy Project of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Uzbekistan and Association of IT Companies and Organizations of Uzbekistan.

About 400 delegates , including leading ICT experts, representatives of public sector, international organizations, top management and specialists of local and foreign IT companies take part in the work of ICT Summits every year.

The papers presented at the ICT SUMMIT will be published on the Summit’s website and on the special CD along with other important Summit materials and distributed among participants and partners.
