The American-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce (AUCC) seeks to promote trade and investment ties, cultural exchanges and bonds of friendship between the United States of America and the Republic of Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan, EU to discuss prospects of cooperation

Uzbek Foreign Minister, Abdulaziz Kamilov will attend the next meeting of the Uzbekistan - the European Union Cooperation Council in Brussels on March 17, Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

"During the visit to Brussels, it is also planned to hold meetings and negotiations between the Uzbek delegation and officials of the EU and Brussels," the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

Uzbekistan attaches great importance to the development of mutually beneficial cooperation with European countries, as well as the EU and NATO, according to Uzbekistan's Foreign Ministry.

The key fields of cooperation with the European countries and organisations include the development of trade, investment and financial cooperation, transfer of high technology, humanitarian cooperation, as well as strengthening of regional security.
