Elshan Baloghlanov, International Trade Specialist

Elshan is managing director of WCC International, Inc. He has accumulated 18 years of diversified legal and practical experience in both the public and private sectors, including trade facilitation, business development and regulatory compliance in a cross-border context. 


Angela Tierney, Communications specialist

Angela is joined WCC international as director of business development through her work with companies large and small in the international commerce community with headquarters in Washington DC. Before that Angela worked with the government of Spain. At WCC International she helps establishing new contracts, manage operations and client relations.
